In arranging flights in the aircraft, St. Joe Resort Operations, LLC (“Club Owner”) acts solely as an air charter broker. Neither Club Owner nor The St. Joe Company is a direct air carrier or a direct foreign air carrier in operational control of aircraft. Air service referred to herein will be provided by Western Aircraft, Inc. dba WestAir Charter, a properly licensed direct air carrier. Liability insurance is provided covering member, passengers and property on flight.
