Limited Availability
Charity tournament dates are tied directly to our existing course schedule and are only available on each course’s regularly scheduled closure day:

Tournament Essentials
- Player Fee: Starting at $100 per golfer, with a minimum of 72 players ($7,200 total minimum player fee commitment)
- Maximum: 120 players (30 teams); larger groups may qualify for dual shotgun starts—please inquire.
- Deposit: Secure your date with a 25% deposit.
- Booking Lead Time: Given demand, we strongly recommend booking at least six months in advance.
TOURNAMENT Enhancements & ADD-ONS
We’ll run the golf side—your organization provides volunteers for registration, photography, and other tournament support. You’re welcome to add these engaging elements to your event:
- Enhancements: Golf Genius scoring, Closest to the Hole, Longest Drive, Putting Contests, and more.
- Event Support: Trophies, awards, tee gifts—sourced at preferred pricing for your convenience.
- Signage: Hole signs, banners, and sponsor promotion are welcome. You’ll just need to bring any installation materials (zip ties, stakes, etc.).
- Rental Clubs: Limited Callaway sets available at $75 each (includes balls). Please let us know at least one day before the event if you’ll need them.
- Beverage Carts: Stay refreshed—beverage carts will circulate throughout the course.
Photography, Attire & Catering
- Event Photography: You’re welcome to bring your own event photographer; we’ll provide guidelines for best placement, signature holes, etc.
- Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required. Collared shirts and appropriate golf bottoms for men; dresses, skirts, slacks, or golf shorts for women. Soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes only. (Jeans, tank tops, tee shirts, etc., are not permitted.)
- Food & Beverage: All catering must be provided through the Watersound Club food and beverage team—no outside food or drinks allowed. Our team will be happy to share menu options to match your event’s tone.
Marketing & On-Site Amenities
- Use of Club Logo: Club branding may be used on your materials—but all items must be pre-approved by our marketing team.
- Club Amenities: Event access to other Club facilities depends on course, timing, and contract details. We’ll work with you to create the right package.
- Promotion: While we don’t promote external events, your tournament will be listed on the Club’s event calendar.
