RFID Vehicle Tag Registration

RFID vehicle tags are available for entry to the Beach Club and the Camp Creek amenities. Vehicle tags are available to the Member, Spouse or Domestic Partner, and children of driving age on the Membership who are unmarried and under the age of 24. The first two (2) RFID tags are provided to the Member at no cost. Additional tags and replacement tags may be purchased for $15 per tag.

RFID tags will be installed on your vehicle seven days per week at the Camp Creek security gate at the entrance of Camp Creek on Watersound Parkway. Due to a larger than expected number of requests, you will be contacted by the Membership Team via email or text message when your RFID tag is ready to be installed.

Current Club Members, if you have an RFID tag already installed on your vehicle(s) for the Beach Club, you do not need to register for new tags. Your existing RFID tag will work at the Beach Club and Camp Creek amenities gates. If you would like an RFID tag for the Shark’s Tooth gate, please visit the Outfitter Shop and complete a Wild Heron HOA registration form.

Future Club Members, please await confirmation from the Membership office that your tags are available for installation.

The security team will not provide “loose” tags; the tag must be installed on the registered vehicle by a security team member. If you do not wish to have an RFID tag installed on your vehicle, you may access the amenities by providing your Membership card or Member app (accompanied by a photo ID) upon entry. You may access Watersound Beach Club by entering the four-digit code provided to you by the Membership office.
