WHAT AMENITIES ARE OFFERED AT THE CLUB?
CAMP CREEK GOLF COURSE | An 18-hole course designed by Tom Fazio, includes a practice range, putting green, and Pro Shop featuring on-site professional instruction. Bag storage available. Closed on Mondays.
SHARK’S TOOTH GOLF COURSE | An 18-hole course designed by Greg Norman, includes a practice range, putting green, snack station located on the range, and a Pro Shop featuring on-site professional instruction. Bag storage available. Closed on Tuesdays.
SHARK’S TOOTH CLUBHOUSE | Features casual dining areas. two bars, an outdoor patio overlooking the 18th hole. and men’s and women’s locker rooms.
SHARK’S TOOTH TENNIS | Features four hydro-clay tennis courts-lighted for night play with on-site professional instruction and a tennis pro shop.
WATERSOUND BEACH CLUB | A Gulf-front facility with two zero-entry swimming pools and lazy river, two casual dining venues, Sunset Bar, and a private beach with beach chair and umbrella service. Offers two tennis courts featuring on-site professional instruction, a half-basketball court, multi-use green space, and Activity Room for children.
ORIGINS GOLF COURSE | A 10-hole, par 3 golf course designed by Davis Love Ill. Includes a 6-hole regulation option. Foot golf is also offered daily. Closed on Wednesdays.
PRIVATE AIR CHARTER | Available aboard Watersound Club’s Pilatus PC-12 NG aircraft for Lifestyle Members.
WHO OPERATES THE CLUB?
The Club Owner is the St. Joe Company. Club Management is provided by employees of Watersound Club.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CLUB?
An application for Membership may be completed and submitted to the Membership Office and is subject to approval. A full criminal and financial background check is required. Payment of the initiation fee is due upon approval of Membership.
WHAT MEMBERSHIP LEVELS ARE CURRENTLY OFFERED?
The Club currently offers two levels of Membership: Beach & Sport and Lifestyle. Beach & Sport is only available to property owners in Watersound Camp Creek.
WHO IS INCLUDED UNDER THE MEMBERSHIP?
Membership benefits are extended to the Member, Spouse or Domestic Partner, and Dependents under the age of 24.
WHAT ARE THE PRIVILEGES FOR BEACH AND SPORT MEMBERSHIPS?
Beach & Sport Members have access to Watersound Beach Club; tennis at Watersound Beach Club, Camp Creek, and Shark’s Tooth; wellness center, pools, and pickleball courts at Watersound Camp Creek; and dining venues at each Club location. In addition, Beach & Sport Members enjoy preferred pricing on kayaks and paddle boards at Watercolor Boathouse. Members enjoy preferred Member dining at FOOW (Fish Out of Water), and Havana Beach Bar & Grill at The Pearl Hotel.
WHAT ARE THE PRIVILEGES FOR LIFESTYLE MEMBERSHIPS?
Lifestyle Members have access to Watersound Beach Club, golf courses and practice facilities at Shark’s Tooth and Camp Creek, and tennis at Watersound Beach Club and Shark’s Tooth. Cart and green fees are inclusive of monthly dues. Currently, Lifestyle Members have access to Origins Golf Course (cart fees apply). Lifestyle Members have access to fitness facilities, unlimited group fitness classes, tennis, pickleball, dining, and swimming at the Watersound Club Camp Creek amenities. Lifestyle Members have access to private air travel onboard the Club’s Pilatus PC-12 NG. Currently, Lifestyle Members, along with WaterColor Inn guests, have access to Gather Kitchen + Bar and the Gather Pool at WaterColor Inn. Complimentary valet is available. Lifestyle Members receive preferred pricing on kayaks and paddle boards at WaterColor Boathouse. Lifestyle Members receive preferred Member pricing at FOOW (Fish Out of Water) at WaterColor Inn and Havana Beach Bar & Grill at The Pearl Hotel.
IF I OWN PROPERTY WITH SOMEONE ELSE, CAN WE JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP TOGETHER?
If both owners of a property desire to have Membership privileges, both owners would need to apply for Membership. Memberships are intended to include the Member and his or her immediate family and may not be shared in any way.
DOES THE CLUB OFFER A NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships are not classified based on permanent residence. Membership initiation fees and dues are the same for all Members, regardless of permanent residence address.
DOES THE CLUB OFFER A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP?
Watersound Club Junior Memberships are not being offered at this time.
DOES THE CLUB OFFER THE OPTION TO CHANGE MEMBERSHIP LEVELS?
The Membership Plan allows for Members in good standing the option to upgrade to a higher category of Membership if the desired level is open and available by paying an additional non-refundable Initiation Fee equal to the difference between the non-refundable Initiation fee they previously paid for their current category of Membership and the non-refundable Initiation fee then required for the higher category of Membership. The Membership Plan allows for Members in good standing the option to downgrade to a lower category of Membership if the desired level is open and available. Upgrades and downgrades of Membership must be done simultaneously. A fee is required for any change in Membership level. Upgrades and Downgrades of Membership are subject to approval.
IS THE CLUB LIMITING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERSHIPS OFFERED?
Currently the Club has not established a limit on the number of total Memberships.
I RENT MY PROPERTY. DO MY RENTAL GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE CLUB?
Rental guests of Members may not have access to the Club.
IS THERE A FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
No, food and beverage minimums are not applied to Member accounts.
WHO ESTABLISHES THE INITIATION FEES, MONTHLY DUES, AND OTHER FEES?
The Club will determine the amount of initiation fees, dues, and other Club charges, and may vary from time to time.
WILL MY MONTHLY DUES RATE CHANGE?
The Club collects dues on a monthly basis. The Club Operator maintains the ability to adjust the monthly dues rate based on the Club’s annual operating budget.
ARE MEMBERS ASSESSED FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS?
No, assessments are not applied to Member accounts.
