The bar serves handcrafted cocktails and premium beverages from 11 AM–6 PM, Sunday through Wednesday, and remains open until 9 PM Thursday through Saturday. Led by Executive Chef Gary Palm, our kitchen presents an inspired menu that highlights fresh ingredients and bold flavors. A special prix fixe dinner service is exclusively available to club members on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5–8 PM, with the option to order from the main menu as well, complemented by an extended bar service until 9 PM.
