*A physical Member Card may also be presented when making charges to your membership account. While the new app replaces the need for a physical card, the Membership office will continue to print physical cards by request only. Lanyards are available for children who do not have access to the app.

Update Your Existing App Experience

What do you need to do to get the new app? Just an update! Apple & Android will push out an update, which should automatically update on your mobile device. However, you may be prompted to initiate the update. Once the update comes through, you will need to login to the new app experience using your current app login credentials.

Once logged in, you’ll remain logged in for 30 days at a time. If you wish to log out after each use, there is a logout option. After 30 days of idle use, you will be required to log in. Facial recognition is available as well if you prefer this option.
