Golf Performance Center
The Watersound Club Golf Performance Center offers an approach to improving your game using the
latest measurement technologies. Our team is here to help Members identify and understand
cause-effect relationships and initiate improvement strategies that will reduce your score. We also
offer Club Fittings through PING, Titleist, TaylorMade and Callaway.
Instruction is offered through appointments and also through Clinics and Schools each week.

Ben Blalock
Director of Golf Instruction
Ben joined the Watersound Club staff in 2021 and leads the Club’s golf instruction programs at both Shark’s Tooth Golf Course and Camp Creek Golf Course. Ben, who earned the distinction of becoming a PGA Master Professional in 2019, also manages all programming and instruction at the Club’s state-of-the are Golf Performance Center where he utilizes cutting edge TrackMan technology to provide Members with coaching and development to help Members better enjoy the game of golf. Ben has completed professional certification programs including US Kids Golf and the PGA of America’s Certification in Instruction. Golf Digest Magazine included Ben as a “Best In Your State” Teacher. Ben was also selected as the 2022 Teacher of the Year by the Alabama-NW Florida Section of the PGA.
