WestAir is the direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft during all member flights, and the Club acts as an air charter broker and agent of WestAir in arranging flights. Liability insurance covering the charterer, passengers and property on the charter flights is maintained by WestAir and not by the Club. Flights are subject to availability. Membership is subject to the Membership Plan, the Membership Agreement and addendums thereto, the Rules and Regulations of the Club and any applicable community documents.
