(“WESTERN”) to provide air transportation under 14 CFR Part 135 as a Direct Air Carrier and WESTERN is in operational control of the aircraft during all flights. WESTERN holds out to the public to provide transportation under the name Western Aircraft and WestAir Charter. The Club, acting as an Indirect Air Carrier, does not carry liability insurance covering the charterer, passengers, and property on the charter flights performed. Flights subject to availability.
